Long, Hot Summer

You know you've been neglecting your blog when your husband teases you about it. Well, I've been a little distracted, being knocked up and all!

So far this summer, I made it to HeroesCon (Charlotte, NC), Florida SuperCon (Miami), and Art Nouveau Events' Arts, Beats, Eats & Treats in North Palm Beach (which I'll be doing one more this Saturday night). In a couple of weeks I'll be off to GenCon in Indianapolis, then shortly after to DragonCon in Atlanta. Then I will sit home, get enormous, and wait for our baby boy to pop out :).

I'm doing a big push on finishing off several paintings before DragonCon. Here's the first one completed:

In June, I was commissioned by the very best comic book store in the universe - Tate's Comics in Lauderhill, Florida. If you are a geek like me, you have to make a pilgrimage!
